Uses

Highly penetrating resinous aqueous solution, designed for sealing and stabilizing concrete and cement mortar floors. MSF 20 acts as an effective surface hardener, enhancing the resistance of brittle surfaces to abrasion and mechanical stress. By reducing the absorbency of the substrate, it eliminates dust generation and significantly facilitates the cleaning and maintenance of floors.

FIELDS OF APPLICATION

MSF 20 is ideal for protecting concrete and cement mortar floors in areas with mild wear, such as warehouses, basements and private parking lots. Its composition allows for safe application on both interior and exterior surfaces.

Advantages

• High penetration ability
• Stabilizes friable floors
• Prevents dust formation
• Suitable for indoor and outdoor application
• Easy to apply
• User-friendly

Before application, make sure that the substrate is stable and clean, free of dust, oils and loose materials. Stir MSF 20 thoroughly before application. The product is applied evenly to the substrate by spray, brush or roller, ensuring complete saturation of the surface. In cases of high absorbency, it is recommended to apply a second coat, after the first coat has completely dried. Tools should be cleaned with plenty of water immediately after use.
